- An exclamation used in place of phrases like “that is crazy” or “that is bananas.” Signifies maximum absurdity or shock.
- corpoganda noun Coined
- Portmanteau of “corporate” and “propaganda”. Corporate entity using marketing psychology and therapy language to dress up shareholder interests as desirable human virtues.
- double cheeseburgers 🍔🍔 interjection Coined
- Used when an event exceeds normal levels of absurdity and cannot be adequately described by “cheeseburgers” alone.
- lettuce 🥬 interjection Coined
- To express mild surprise or a small unexpected event. The lowest level on the Cheeseburger Stack.
- onions 🧅 interjection Coined
- That makes me sad, but sarcastically. Similar to “oof” as a response.
- pickles 🥒 interjection Coined
- Used to react to chaotic, bizarre, or unexpectedly strange situations. A mid-tier absurdity marker.
They doubled our rent overnight. Cheeseburgers!
The all-hands slide about “putting people first” is pure corpoganda the same week they froze hiring.
